We are officially finalists for the Best Use of Technology category at the Motor Transport Awards!
For 35 years, the Motor Transport Awards have been seen as a benchmark for excellence among UK road transport fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers and other innovators.
The Motor Transport Awards are all about recognising excellence and while 2020 was a difficult year in many ways it is even more important to reflect the efforts and achievements of the people who made sure the UK was kept going through the crisis.
We entered our Charge Pod system into the Best Use of Technology award in partnership with the RAC because it is imperative that fleet operators dealing with electric vehicles are provided with the capability of delivering a power boost to flat or severely depleted EVs which are unable to reach a static charging station.
Now that use of EVs has dramatically increased, Charge Pod has proved itself to be an essential service to the RAC and has enabled the vital services of the country to be kept up and running in the challenging circumstances we have faced in the past year.
